Custom Development
Custom UAE compliance software, built for teams SaaS can’t fit.
We design and build bespoke compliance platforms for UAE enterprises with regulated workflows, deep ERP integration, or unique multi-jurisdiction needs. From the team behind Proziyo.

When custom genuinely beats SaaS
Most teams should pick SaaS — it’s faster, cheaper, and someone else maintains it. But there’s a real set of situations where SaaS will cost you more in the long run. If any of these sound like you, custom is probably the right answer:
- Regulated industries with bespoke audit requirements. Banking, insurance, healthcare, government, and defence operate under audit regimes that don’t fit multi-tenant SaaS. If your auditors demand custom evidence trails, signed reports, or air-gapped deployments, off-the-shelf can’t comply.
- Deep two-way sync with your existing ERP or HRIS. When onboarding an employee in Oracle Fusion needs to instantly create a UAE compliance record — and a visa expiry needs to push back into Workday absence rules — you need bespoke middleware. SaaS APIs handle simple cases; complex bidirectional workflows need code written for your specific systems.
- Multi-jurisdiction compliance, with UAE as one of several. Tracking compliance across the UAE, KSA, India, and the UK in a single console? No single-country SaaS will do. You need a platform designed around your jurisdiction matrix — not a UAE-first product retrofitted to other countries.
- White-label or OEM compliance products for resellers. If you’re a consultancy or platform reselling compliance tooling under your own brand, SaaS terms of service usually prohibit it. We build the product, you put your name on it, you own the customer relationship.
- Strict data residency or on-premise deployment. Government tenders, sovereign-cloud workloads, and certain defence contracts require all data to stay on-premises or inside a specific cloud region under your own account. Most SaaS can’t meet that bar. Custom can.
- Workflows your existing systems already define. If your compliance process is already encoded in SharePoint, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or an internal tool — and the value is in extending those, not replacing them — you don’t need another SaaS. You need software that integrates cleanly with what you already run.
If none of these describe your situation, you’ll get there faster (and cheaper) with Proziyo, our SaaS. Otherwise, keep reading — we’ve built exactly this kind of system before.
Why Technoduces
We know UAE compliance because we built Proziyo.
Proziyo is our SaaS platform for UAE PRO firms and in-house compliance teams — a way to encode 8+ years of UAE software delivery into a productised offering. It runs in production today, processing visa renewals, Emirates ID workflows, labour cards, trade licences, and free-zone transactions across MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, DED, DMCC, JAFZA, and the major free zones.
That’s our domain expertise. If your situation needs more than what fits in a SaaS box — different workflows, deeper integration, or stricter compliance — we apply the same engineering and the same UAE-government knowledge to build a platform shaped to your reality.
What We Build
Compliance platforms engineered for UAE complexity
Government integration
Native workflows for MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, MOFAIC, DED, and the major free-zone authorities — DMCC, JAFZA, RAKEZ, ADGM, DIFC, DAFZA. API integrations where they exist; resilient fallbacks where they don’t; clean human-in-the-loop steps where the government portal demands a manual touch.
ERP & HRIS bridges
Two-way sync with Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, and custom internal systems. Joiner-mover-leaver workflows that span HR, compliance, and finance without manual reconciliation. Edge-case handling for compliance events that ERP designers never anticipated.
Compliance & audit
Multi-tenant data isolation enforced at the database layer, immutable activity logs, role-based access with delegated administration, and regulatory reporting for UAE PDPL, GDPR-equivalent regimes, and industry-specific frameworks. Encrypted storage at rest and in transit, signed audit exports, retention policies aligned with local statutory requirements.
Hosting & delivery
Production deployments on AWS UAE (me-central-1), Azure UAE North, on-premise inside customer datacentres, and air-gapped environments where required. Infrastructure as code, automated backups, monitoring, and 24×7 support contracts on demand.
How We Work
A custom compliance platform usually moves through five phases
Discovery
1–2 weeks. We sit with your compliance, IT, and operations leads to map current workflows, integration surfaces, and must-haves vs. nice-to-haves. Output: a written scope document with system boundaries, data flows, and a fixed-price quote for the build.
Solution design
2–3 weeks. Architecture, data model, integration contracts, security review, deployment topology. We share a technical design document for your sign-off before writing production code.
Build
6–12 weeks for typical scope. Iterative two-week sprints. Working software at the end of each sprint, deployed to a staging environment your team can exercise. Weekly demos and a feedback loop your stakeholders actually attend.
Deploy
1–2 weeks. Production rollout, data migration, integration go-live, user training, runbooks for your operations team. Soft launch with a pilot group, then full rollout once stable.
Support & evolution
Ongoing. Bug fixes, regulatory updates (when MOHRE, ICA, or GDRFA change rules, we update the platform), and feature additions on a retainer or T&M basis.
Engagement models
Fixed price
For projects with clear scope. You know what you’re paying upfront. Best for self-contained platforms with well-defined integrations.
Time and materials
For evolving requirements. Common when the customer’s source system is itself in flux during the engagement.
Retainer
For ongoing support and continuous evolution after initial delivery.
What does it cost?
Projects typically range from AED 150,000 for focused integrations or single-purpose modules to AED 800,000+ for full custom platforms with multi-system integration. We give you a fixed quote at the end of discovery — no mid-build surprises.
If your budget is below that range, Proziyo is almost certainly the right answer.
