Multi-Entity Operations Sprint · UAE / Gulf
Live ops dashboard across every entity, in 8-10 weeks.
Fixed-scope productized engagement that replaces fragmented Excel reporting across 5+ entities with a single live operations dashboard. From AED 220,000. Built on your existing data sources, deployed into your own cloud account.
12+ years building enterprise software for the Gulf · Senior + AI-leveraged delivery · Trusted by JLL, Mezzan, KFC, BOSCH, Adeeb · ISO 9001:2015
The Problem
Your group has 8 entities. Your reporting lives in 12 spreadsheets.
- Your CFO asks “how did the FMCG arm perform this week?” Answer takes 4 days — data lives across 8 spreadsheets, 2 of which are wrong.
- Month-end consolidation eats 30% of your COO’s time — chasing reports, reconciling rounding, fixing broken formulas.
- New entity acquired? Add another spreadsheet. The mess compounds.
- Audit risk grows with every formula nobody can defend in a board meeting.
- Excel is what got you to 8 entities. It’s not what gets you to 15.
Why Existing Tools Don’t Fit
ERPs. BI tools. Spreadsheets. Each fails for a different reason.
ERP
- Built for one entity, not many
- Cross-entity reporting bolted on, brittle
- Implementation cycles in years, not weeks
- Doesn’t integrate with the Excel-only entities you actually have
BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Assume clean source data — yours isn’t
- Need a BI consultant to maintain — you don’t have one
- Solves visualization, not the underlying data mess
- New entity = new dashboard rebuild
Spreadsheets
- What you have today
- Stale, fragile, error-prone, single-author dependent
- Can’t scale to 10+ entities without breaking
What you actually need is a system built around the way Gulf multi-entity groups actually operate — mixed data sources, multi-jurisdiction, integration weirdness, fast turnaround.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions before the scoping call.
What if we only have 3 entities, not 5+?
The 5+ figure is the threshold below which we usually recommend you stay in Excel a bit longer — the math doesn’t work as well. But we’ve done it for 3-entity groups when there’s a specific compliance, audit, or integration trigger that justifies the build. Talk to us — we’ll tell you honestly whether you’re ready.
What if some of our entities don’t have an ERP at all?
That’s the common case. The base sprint includes up to 2 Excel-replacement micro-apps for entities that don’t have a proper source system today. Each additional one is AED 30K. If you have more than 4 ERP-less entities, the engagement starts looking like a different conversation — we’d quote separately.
Where does it get hosted?
Your AWS or Azure account. We deploy into your cloud, hand you the keys, and don’t operate it long-term. Your cloud bill is your cloud bill — we don’t mark it up or charge a managed-service premium.
Can we extend the hypercare beyond 30 days?
Yes — AED 24K extends it to 90 days. Beyond that, we move to a monthly retainer (AED 8-15K/month depending on response-time SLA and on-call requirements).
How does this compare to a Power BI implementation?
Power BI is great if your source data is already clean and you have a BI consultant on staff. Our sprint is for the situation where neither is true — multiple entities, mixed data sources (some on ERPs, some on Excel), no in-house BI team, and the need to ship something the operations team will actually use without training a Power BI specialist first.
Do you sub-contract through systems integrators?
Yes. A meaningful share of our delivery work flows through tier-1 systems integrators in the Gulf — we’re the AI-leveraged senior team they sub-contract to when their pipeline needs delivery muscle they can vouch for. If you’re an SI looking for a delivery partner, reach out separately.
Ready to see what your group looks like in one dashboard?
30-min scoping call. We map your setup, confirm fit, give you a real number. No deck-pitch, no hard sell.
